Returns & Refunds Policy

Unopened plaster craft kits may be returned within 30 days of receiving your package.

Perishable Mexican snacks and edible treats cannot be returned due to food safety regulations, unless they arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect.

To request a refund or replacement for eligible items, contact us with your order number and photos of any damage.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving returned craft kits or verification of damaged snack shipments.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a refund on artisanal plaster craft kits, ensure:

• Craft items were purchased within 30 days

• Kits remain in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable spicy Mexican candies, treats, and edible snack boxes.

• Paintable plaster craft kits that have been opened or painted.

• Custom or personalized gift craft bundles.

• Items marked as clearance or final sale.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these food safety and craft quality conditions.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible craft kits. Mail returned packages to:

We recommend using trackable shipping for returns. We cannot issue refunds for returned items lost or damaged during return transit without proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the craft kit was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the return value once the item is inspected.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon order placement, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
